Jason Crosby
Minister Of Preaching, Pastoral Care And Administration
Jason began serving at Crescent Hill in 2008. Jason is responsible for preaching, pastoral care, and administration. Jason is a native Kentuckian. He was born in Louisville and raised in Covington. He attended Centre College where he received Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies in 2001. He earned his Master of Divinity degree at Vanderbilt University Divinity School.
Prior to joining the Crescent Hill staff, Jason served as an Interim Minister at the First Baptist Church of Battle Creek, MI, worked as a Community Organizer with the Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice in Ann Arbor, MI, and was a Project Coordinator with Kentucky Refugee Ministries.
Jason is married to Kate and is the father of two young children, Brooks and Millie Lou. He also has two dogs, Wynona and Lucinda.

Andrea Woolley
Minister Of Spiritual Formation, Families, And Community
Andrea joined the Crescent Hill Baptist Church in August 2008. Andrea’s ministry focuses on serving our children and their families and community building. Originally from Texas, she graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Behavioral Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and her 1st-8th grade Teaching Certificate.
After teaching English in Brussels, Belgium and 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math in Houston, TX, she moved to Birmingham, AL to begin seminary at Beeson Divinity School. After graduating from Beeson in December 2006 with a Master of Divinity, she taught 5th grade math in Texas before moving to Kentucky the summer of 2008.

Louie Bailey
Minister of Music/Organist
Dr. Louie Bailey has been Minister of Music/Organist at Crescent Hill since 1985. He received a Bachelor of Music degree from Georgia State University, and Master of Church Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In addition to his position at Crescent Hill, he is Music Director at The Temple Adath Israel Brith Sholom, and Chapel Organist/Choir Director at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is a Conductor with the Louisville Youth Choir and Choral Conductor at the Highlands Latin School. He is married to June, also a musician, who teaches piano privately and directs the Elementary Choir at Crescent Hill.

Brittani Bair
Minister to Youth
Brittani grew up at Crescent Hill and joined the staff in March 2012. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville, Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, and Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
She also works as a therapist with youth in the foster care system. Brittani is married to Josh and they have a young son and four dogs.

Janet Cole
Administrative Assistant
Janet joined the staff of CHBC in 1992. A native of Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of Auburn University (WAR EAGLE!!), she has lived in Louisville since 1989.
She is married to Pat Cole and has one adult daughter, Hilary Jones, who has graced the family with a beautiful granddaughter, Amelia. She also works as administrative coordinator for the Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists. Her hobbies are reading, sewing, and Amelia.

Bobbe Crouch
Financial Secretary
Bobbe joined the staff of CHBC in 2011. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and minors in World Religion, Spanish and Journalism. She came to us with accounting and business management experience after having run her family owned firm for decades. She also works for United Crescent Hill Ministries, Third Lutheran Church and Grace & Glory Lutheran Church.
She has many passions which include cooking, writing and painting. She and her husband Charlie Wagner (who is also a church employee) prepare the weekly Fellowship meal for CHBC and they frequently cater for public and private events. In her spare time, Bobbe writes for local print magazines, “Today’s Woman”, “Today’s Family” and “Today’s Transitions”. Charlie and Bobbe have a tiny dog, Sammy, who comes to work on Thursday’s and has become the CHBC non-official mascot.
