On Sunday afternoon, June 30, at 5PM Crescent Hill Baptist Church will host an interfaith prayer service for a non-violent resolution to the conflict in Syria. Some reports now claim that more than 100,000 people have been killed since the conflict began in 2011. Prayers will be offered by representatives of various faith traditions. Supporting groups include: Sowers of Justice Network, Dominican Sisters of Peace, Jewish Voice for Peace, St. William Catholic Church, Central Presbyterian Church, and Crescent Hill Baptist Church. All are welcome to attend.
